DAYS 1-2: THE BUSINESS BLUEPRINT (Educational Training)
The foundation most people skip. We teach you how to price for profit  (not just Google prices), our exact client contracts, how to get  attorneys and realtors to send you referrals, and how to market a sale  to bring a crowd.

DAYS 3-5: THE PREP (Hands-On Shadowing)
You are on-site with us. You will help us sort, organize, research, and  stage a real home. You'll learn our system for preping a home that  maximizes value and minimizes chaos. 

DAYS 6-7: THE SALE (Live Execution)
This is where it clicks. You'll work the sale floor with us — managing  customers, handling money, negotiating, and closing out. You'll see how a sale is actually run.

You leave with our contract templates, pricing sheets, and a certificate — but more importantly, you leave having DONE it.
