We come to your home for a 15-30 minute process. We take photographs of all the items you are looking to sell. We will discuss how we price items and what you may expect to get for them. We discuss strategy on how the sale will be conducted as we go room to room. At this point our years of experience puts many of our clients at ease.
We come to the home to get it ready for sale. We organize, stage,
and price the items. It can take anywhere from one day, to five days.
We bring tables, clothing racks, or whatever else is needed to make
the sale successful. Emails go out from our paid list at www.EstateSales.net
(30,000+) and from our own email list (2,000)+. Ad(s) are put on Craigslist.
New photographs are added as the home is staged. We target customers looking for estate sales.

We run the sale from 10-3 on Sat and Sun. We put up large street signs according to local ordinances. We accept credit cards on-site to entice customers to buy more.
We will pay you on the last day of the sale. We will give you advice on how to get rid of the remaining items, i.e. donations, clean-out companies, etc...You can always hire us to manage your clean-out by one of our many trusted partners. To avoid conflict of interest, we can provide multiple providers and you can choose the one you prefer. Be careful of companies that host your sale and also conducts the clean-out.
